专利摘要:
The present invention relates to a pipe anchorage as well as to a method for adapting it to any scaffolding setup where a pipe anchorage is to be used for lawful and safety reasons. The pipe anchor fits any scaffolding system and any length, minimizing the work of the scaffolding worker and increasing safety, as well as meeting statutory requirements that harmonize a scaffolding setup. Above the pedestal is designed in some specially developed polymers which, unlike existing pipe anchors, are not the object of the same type of common theft.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pipe anchor, used as described in the title, for attaching a scaffold to a fixed building part to stabilize the scaffold.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Few scaffolding of all the type typically used in construction and renovation, the invention aims at fixing the scaffold to a key building part. This is to fix the whole scaffold so that it does not tip over or just tip as both can have disastrous consequences. The invention is simple in its application and mounting, and the invention is characterized by the fact that mounting takes place in the same way as other conventional pipe anchors, so no special tools need to be brought to obtain the advantages mentioned in the patent claims. For scaffolding above two meters in height, the scaffolding must be fixed. Pipe anchors on the market are made of metal and of different lengths, where for a given task you must prepare pipe anchors of the correct length. Metal pipe anchors can withstand a drag / pressure load of a force acceptable to the product, but these are supplied germs of certain lengths that are only suitable for certain tasks. Failure to fit a pipe for alignment to a particular task may result in the pipe anchoring being longer than intended for the scaffolding, which results in parts of the pipe anchoring being placed in the specified walkway on a stylus installation and the scaffolding worker's work will be made difficult by this obstacle. and this will most often pose a security risk. Likewise, metal pipe anchors are subject to theft as such metals constitute an easily marketable value.
The object of the invention
It is an object of the invention to provide a solution with pipe anchors for scaffolding that can be adapted to all scaffolding measurements, and can withstand loads at least equivalent to that required for a specific scaffolding setup. The invention can be adapted to any style setup and therefore it is not necessary to use specific pipe anchors adapted to the current style setup. However, if you choose to use the invention in a version longer than necessary, it will not pose a security risk in the same way as. with the usual versions in metal, since the material of the invention is softer than metal and can therefore function by negligent touch from a body part. Likewise, the invention is made of a material which is not the object of theft and the material is available in every conceivable color, which promotes visibility and thus safety.
Description of the Invention
The invention / pipe anchorage is mounted on the scaffolding system respectively. the scaffolding setup it is to fix and unlike other pipe anchors, the invention does not require that its original length be already adapted to the existing scaffolding setup, since the invention is made of polymer, a material which allows adjustment with any saw , by actual use.
The material also makes it possible that even when using length longer than necessary, and which, therefore, by the fact that the product made of metal poses a safety risk, will not pose a safety risk since the material allows the product to be hexed. The selected polymer used in the manufacture of the invention can also be supplied in all possible colors, which gives the invention a better traceability, and makes a selected dye for the product that it is better seen by statutory visual review of the scaffold setup. Also, the material selected for manufacture of the invention is not subject to theft to the same degree as metal, which other substitute products are made 1.
The new and revolutionary aspect of the invention (pipe anchorage according to the invention) is that a pipe anchorage must previously be produced at a length determined for the task. Although the invention is also supplied in adapted lengths, in actual use it is possible to further adapt the length of the invention to the task, should such further adaptation be necessary and the invention can be used very precisely due to great adaptability.
A pipe anchorage typically has a length of between 10 and 110 centimeters, and with the pipe anchorages available on the market, many different pipe anchor rings must be put into use to suit the current needs. The invention is produced in three fixed lengths and if you have brought along the construction site, the invention for a length longer than the need, you can make concrete adjustment of the length of the pipe anchor on the construction site. It can be done easily and quickly with hand tools.
The materials of the invention selected are standard types of polymer added with additional additives which allow the material to meet any requirement of still adsorption relative to high / low temperature performance, adjust acid / base resistance as well as UV resistance.
A product of the invention's design can withstand pressure / drag of more than the 80kg which is the official requirement. Also, the invention can be length-adjusted with a saw attached to any type of blade, just as the material is available in any desired RAL color. Description of the Invention The invention is described below with reference to the drawing and / or picture where:
FIG. 1-3 show 2D and 3D drawings of the present invention.
FIG. 4 shows the polymer used as a base for further development of the material.
FIG. 5 shows examples of some of the possible color choices of material.
FIG. 6 shows the strength of the invention design. In the description of the figures, identical or similar elements will be denoted by the same reference numerals in the various figures. Thus, not every explanation of every detail will be given in connection with each figure / embodiment, nor is every element necessarily referenced in all figures.
List of Reference Names 1 Drawing of the Invention. 2 Our invention is used and its function. 3 Standard polymer used for base for material development. 4 Example of color selection, 5 Strength of the invention.
Detailed Description of the Invention In FIG. Figure 1 shows a drawing of the invention with the three different standard lengths in which it is manufactured as well as the standard diameter.
FIG. 2 shows the invention located in its proper environment for fixing a scaffolding setup and shows how a pipe anchorage can reduce the working area of a scaffold worker and thus constitute a safety improvement for the scaffolding worker. Likewise, 'whether the dye of the invention can promote visibility.
FIG. Figure 3 shows the selected polymer which has additional ingredients added to achieve the desired properties. In FIG. 4 shows a draft of colors for the material. All RAL codes are available. A particular color choice can highlight the origin of the product and therefore traceability, making theft less likely. It is also possible to apply a marking to each product according to customers' wishes. Figure 5 shows the tensile / compressive load of 80 kg which is the official requirement for a pipe anchorage.
